To listen to my heart and hear what it says. Sometimes it is full of joy and like a child in a candy store other times it if full of awareness for the things which are not so easy to see. But it is easier to face things if you understand how you feel. So if you take sometime to turn off the noise and listen you may be surprised at what you may find deep inside. Crawl down the stairs of your mind, open the door and go to the places you may tend to ignore.
