How do you stay so thin?

I am a raw food vegan and follow the cr diet you can learn more here and about being vegan . I eat lots of fruit and vegtables, nuts, olive oil, and sometimes a soy protien shake. I drink lots of water green tea and yerba mate, I don't use sugar or honey but stevia which I would advise strongly that anyone use to replace sugar. I sometimes drink some wine and coffee but its a indulgence for me.I run or walk or do something for at least an hour a day. I also meditate and practice yoga.
